Flight Modes

The HERCULES X8 supports four flight modes, controlled via switches on the remote controller:

| SC Upper Position | Engage ALTHOLD mode |
| SC Middle Position | Engage ALTHOLD mode |
| SC Lower Position | Engage LOITER mode |
| SA Upper Position | Standby |
| SA Lower Position | Engage RTL (Return to Launch) mode |
| SD Upper Position | Standby |
| SD Lower Position | Engage AUTO mode |
| SH Toggle | Enable Relay ON |
Flight Mode Descriptions:

ALTHOLD: Maintains a constant altitude while allowing roll, pitch, and yaw control.

LOITER: Maintains altitude and GPS position; drone hovers when sticks are released.

AUTO: Follows a pre-programmed mission plan stored in the autopilot.

RTL (Return to Launch): Returns to the HOME location and auto-lands.
